This image reminds me of Bill Hensons urban images. Just to look out over the city and 3am and lose yourself in thoughts and imagination.
Using the slower shutter with the rain makes the image look a little cartoonish or sureal.
As the guy beeing photographed has his pants down, this adds a thought of insanity with the rain, and also with the veiw over the city. And thought comes to the veiwers mind on what is happening in the image.
I tend to think the image had good jurnalistic feel to it. As capturing what the boys were up to at 3am in the morning..
